Our translation and localization rates vary depending on the size and the nature of the material and
formatting, the turnaround time, and the technical level of the project.

Rates for specialized documents such as legal and technical documents may be higher.

Minimum charge:
●The minimum charge for all services is US $100.00 (the rate for about 500-600 words*).

*Calculated at the exchange rate of JPY115.00 to the US dollar.

Express surcharges:
●Rates are determined by client's particular timeline and scope of project.
●Rates for specialized documents such as legal and technical documents may have a higher rate.
●We charge an additional 25-50% for all rush assignments, depending on the urgency.

Special rates:
●We may offer special rates based on the size of the project or the frequency of work.

Note: Rates are calculated based on the number of words or characters in the source language.
For translation from English into Japanese, 200 words are counted as one page.
